Club Access That Changes the Pace of the Stay

Suites Designed for More Than Sleeping
The hotel has 20 suites in five categories, all positioned on corners. The 188-square-meter Ritz-Carlton Suite includes a private kitchen and a dining room for eight. On the 23rd floor, the 132-square-meter Presidential Suite pairs a bay-facing bedroom with a living room looking toward Ohori Park.
The Premium Suite measures 87 square meters, while the Deluxe King Suite and Deluxe Double Suite are 75 square meters each. These layouts are most relevant to families or groups who want separate living and dining space, or to travelers planning unhurried time in the room. Standard rooms already begin at approximately 50 square meters, so the practical difference lies in how the additional rooms will be used.
Hakata Craft, from the Guest Room to Ritz Kids
The guest-room finishes and artwork reference Hakata-ori and woven bamboo. Hakata-ori is a traditional silk textile from Fukuoka, used here as part of the hotel’s design language rather than as a general decorative label.
Ritz Kids® approaches the same textile from another angle. During the Hakata-Ori Crafts activity, children use pieces of Hakata-ori fabric to make small charms or key holders. The separate Ritz Kids® Night Safari sets up a tent in the guest room for an indoor flashlight adventure. In the rooms, Hakata-ori appears as a design reference; in the workshop, children work with the fabric itself.
Kyushu at the Table, Tenjin Beyond the Lobby
Genjyu brings kaiseki—a multi-course Japanese dining style—together with sushi and teppanyaki. Iki beef and seafood from the Genkai Sea are served on Karatsu ware, connecting ingredients and tableware from across Kyushu.
Viridis focuses on local ingredients and serves breakfast daily from 6:30 to 11 a.m. for a fee. Diva turns to Kyushu-grown tea, seasonal afternoon tea, and parfaits. On the 24th floor, Bay pairs grilled dishes and cocktails with a Hakata Bay terrace and daily DJ sets. The Lobby Lounge & Bar adds another option for tea, light fare, or a drink later in the day.
Tenjin Station is about five minutes away on foot. That proximity makes it practical to combine a meal at the hotel with plans elsewhere in the city, rather than committing the entire day to one setting.
The 24th-Floor Spa Between City Plans
The spa sits on the 24th floor and works with ESPA. Treatments are available by appointment from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., making a morning or late-afternoon booking relatively easy to place around time in the city.
Elsewhere in the hotel, the heated indoor pool is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and carries a fee. The gym uses Technogym equipment and is available 24 hours. Families traveling with children should confirm the spa and pool age policies directly with the hotel before booking.

Check-in begins at 3 p.m. and check-out is at noon. The minimum check-in age is 18, pets are not permitted, and both self-parking and valet parking are currently listed at JPY 3,000 per night; confirm the latest charge before arrival.
Fukuoka Airport, Hakata Station, and Hakata Port are each described by the hotel as being within 15 minutes by car or public transport. There is no hotel shuttle, so the final transfer should be planned separately.
